Heal The City – Fighting For Our Youth A Black history month presentation hosted by SEED Male Mentoring program with youth violence on the rise in the city, the SEED Male Mentoring Program a youth outreach initiative of EE Jenkins Ministries is hosting a Black History Month presentation of the Off Broadway play Black Angels Over Tuskegee at 7pm on Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Patriots Theater at the War Memorial.
The event themed “Heal The City – Fighting For Our Youth”, features the award winning docudrama that illustrates how six men unite in brotherhood to achieve a communal vision as they conquer isolation and prejudice to become the most highly respected African American fighter group of World War II. Black Angels Over Tuskegee brings a message of unity and hope to the city of Trenton currently under siege by controversy and discord. In order to reach a maximum number of young people, SEED Male Mentoring Program is in discussion with the administration at Trenton Central High School main campus to host a free matinee showing at 9 am the same day at the school.
